Marketer Tier Programme Terms
Version 1.0.0 · Effective 12 October 2026
MARKETER TIER PROGRAMME TERMS
Version 1.0.0 — published 13 October 2026. These terms are published under Clause 4.5.4 of the Master Marketer Agreement and form part of it. Promotions and benefits apply from 13 October 2026. Clauses 6 and 7 (keeping a tier and moving down) apply from 28 October 2026, after 15 days' notice, and no tier is lowered before the review on 1 December 2026.
1. What a tier is
1.1 Every Partner has a tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. The tier sets the commission rate on Referred Sales (as defined in Clause 4.5.1 of the Agreement) and the benefits shown below.
1.2 Tiers are earned only through Referred Sales. They cannot be bought. A paid marketer plan may add a separate commission boost as described in Clause 3.
2. Tiers, rates and how they are earned
| Tier | Commission rate | To reach or keep the tier (last 90 days) | Benefits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 3% | Every Partner starts here | Product links, Coach, leaderboard, starter path |
| Silver | 4% | 10 Referred Sales from at least 5 different customers | Silver badge on public profile; featured in the city creator strip |
| Gold | 5% | 40 Referred Sales from at least 20 different customers and at least ₹12,000 of Referred Sales | Early access to new kitchens; payouts processed first; a tasting box each quarter |
| Platinum | 6% | 120 Referred Sales from at least 60 different customers and at least ₹40,000 of Referred Sales | Co-branded collection page; a named contact at Tummy & Mummy; invitations to launch events |
2.1 Only Referred Sales that have been delivered within the last 90 days count. Orders that are the Partner's own purchases (Clause 4.5.2), cancelled, rejected, returned or refunded do not count.
2.2 Orders from the same customer count for at most 3 Referred Sales in a calendar month. A customer is identified by the mobile number used for the order.
2.3 Launch offer: until 31 December 2026, Silver is reached with 5 Referred Sales from at least 3 different customers. A Partner who reaches Silver under this offer keeps it under these terms in the normal way.
3. Effective commission rate
3.1 The commission rate on a Referred Sale is the tier rate, multiplied by any plan boost included in the Partner's active paid plan (currently 1.2× on the Pro plan), and multiplied by the first-order boost where it applies (Clause 4.5.5, currently 2×).
3.2 The commission rate on any single Referred Sale shall not exceed 10% of its order value.
3.3 The rate is fixed when the order is placed. A later change of tier, plan or these terms does not change the rate on orders already placed.
4. Moving up
4.1 Tiers are checked every night. A Partner who meets the requirements of a higher tier moves up to it automatically, and the higher rate applies to orders placed after the move.
5. Protection after moving up
5.1 For 60 days after moving up, a Partner's tier is not lowered.
6. Keeping a tier
6.1 If, after the protection period, a Partner no longer meets the requirements of the current tier, the Company will notify the Partner in the app (and by push notification or WhatsApp where the Partner has agreed to receive them), stating what is needed to keep the tier and the review date.
6.2 The review date is the first day of a month that is at least 30 days after the notice. If the Partner meets the requirements again at any time before the review, the notice is withdrawn.
7. Moving down
7.1 Tiers are reviewed on the first day of each month. A Partner who received a notice under Clause 6 and still does not meet the requirements on the review date moves down by one tier. A Partner never moves below Bronze.
7.2 A Partner who moves down moves back up as soon as the requirements are met again, under Clause 4.
8. Changes to these terms
8.1 The Company may change the rates, requirements, benefits, the period counted, the cap in Clause 3.2 or any other part of these terms. A change that is less favourable to Partners takes effect only after at least 15 days' notice on the Platform. A change that is more favourable may take effect immediately. Every change is notified to Partners.
8.2 The Company may set a Partner's tier manually for a stated reason (for example, to correct an error). A manual change is recorded and notified to the Partner.
9. Misuse
9.1 Referred Sales obtained through any practice prohibited by Clause 4.5.8 of the Agreement do not count towards a tier. The Company may reverse a tier change that resulted from such practices and recover the related commission.
10. Tax and benefits
10.1 Commission is subject to tax deduction at source as set out in Clause 4.5.11. Non-cash benefits (such as tasting boxes) may be subject to tax deduction at source under section 194R of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (or the corresponding provision of any law replacing it) where the applicable threshold is exceeded; the Company keeps a record of their value.
10.2 Benefits other than commission are provided at the Company's discretion, subject to availability, and have no cash value.
11. Contact
Questions or disputes about a tier may be raised through the Platform or at info@tummyandmummy.com within 30 days, under Clause 4.5.10 of the Agreement.
